Description: ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Sealed bids for construction of Removal and Disposal of Municipal WTP Lagoon Sludge will be received by the City of Coweta at 310 S. Broadway, Coweta, OK 74429 or by certified mail at PO Box 850, Coweta, OK 74429 until  2:00  p.m. local time, September 3 , 2025 , and then publicly opened and read aloud. PRIME BIDDER MUST BE LISTED ON THE QUESTCDN PLAN HOLDER LIST, OTHERWISE THE BID PROPOSAL WILL BE REJECTED. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder MUST purchase plans from Quest CDN and appear on the official plan holder’s list. ANY BID RECEIVED BY A BIDDER NOT APPEARING ON THE OFFICIAL PLANHOLDER’S LIST WILL BE REJECTED WITHOUT BEING READ. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder, his address, and the name of the project for which the bid is submitted. No bid will be accepted more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled bid opening. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed as specified in the bid form. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
