The Town will receive Proposals for DESIGN SERVICES FOR PAVILION REPLACEMENT AT MIXVILLE PARK until 1:00 PM on FEBRUARY 19, 2026 at the office of Cheshire Public Works Room 213, Cheshire Town Hall, 84 South Main Street, Cheshire, Connecticut 06410. Atthat time, proposals will be acknowledged in public.
The Town intends to award a contract to the lowest qualified responsible proposer, if any. The Town of Cheshire reserves its rights to amend or terminate this Request for Proposal, accept all or any part of a proposal, reject all proposals, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a proposal, and award the proposal to the proposer that, in the Town's sole discretion and judgment, will be in the Town's best interests.

The Town of Cheshire(the “Town”) will not accept submissions by e-mail or fax.
