The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals that will enable the Department of Health and Human Services (Agency) to select the most qualified Contractor to provide On-Call Week Night and Weekend coverage for psychiatric patients of the Cherokee Mental Health Institute. The Agency reserves the right to make multiple awards under this solicitation if it deemed to be in the best interest of the Agency.
