Bidders are hereby notified that this addendum shall be made a part of the above-named proposal and contract documents.

The following is issued to modify, and/or clarify the bid and contract documents. These items shall have the same force and

effect as the original bid and contract documents, and bids to be submitted on the specified bid date, shall conform with the

additions, deletions and revisions listed as herein.

QUESTIONS/ANSWERS:

Q1: For Larry Kiwanis Park, there are several playground structures and several exercise stations. Which

particular playground and exercise station are we replacing? Can you pin point it on a map, send pictures or

can I meet someone on site?

A1: Yes, please see the attached map. The red box is the playground and the blue box is the fitness

equipment.

Q2: For Rotonda Park, do you want the same swing set up?

A2: Yes.

This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original bid documents of Bid No. 20260175.

Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their bid forms.
