Proposal Submission

Town of Fairfax (“Town”) will accept emailed proposals for its Wall Property Fuel Reduction Project (“Project”), by or before 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 18. Proposals can be emailed to Nicole Marcucci at nmarcucci@rossvalleyfire.org.

RFP Description

The Town of Fairfax is seeking proposals from a qualified consultant or consultant team to provide comprehensive California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Services for the Wall Property Fuel Reduction Project. The Wall Property Open Space is 100 acres of undeveloped open space owned by the Town of Fairfax.

Instructions to Proposers

All interested parties should carefully review the Request for Proposals for more detailed information before submitting a Proposal.

Pre-submittal Meeting

The pre-submittal meeting will be held via zoom Friday, February 6th 10:00 am to 11:00 am. This meeting is not mandatory.

Questions

Proposal questions must be emailed to Nicole Marcucci at nmarcucci@rossvalleyfire.org . All questions must be submitted before Tuesday, February 10, 2026, 2:00 pm. Questions submitted after this time will not be addressed.
