Procurement Summary:

The NWSA is soliciting proposals from firms interested in providing strategic messaging and creative design support for print and digital advertising and other marketing materials on an as needed basis.. The NWSA anticipates awarding 1 (one) personal service contract. The period of performance of the contract is one (1) years from the execution of the contract, with options for renewal at the sole discretion of the NWSA, for a possible total of five (5) years. This contract will not exceed a total of $100,000.00.
