No refunds will be made for returned documents. All documents listed above are available for review, at the office of Lancore Engineering, P.C. All bidders must receive a bid package from Lancore Engineering, P.C. to be eligible to bid. Business Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm Special Requirements: The estimated budget for this project is $875,000.00.
The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials and equipment and performing all labor necessary to resurface and stripe 4.47 miles of existing asphalt road surface according to the details in the specifications.
The project's work must be completed within 120 consecutive calendar days of the date of notice to proceed.
All bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond, made payable to the City of Douglas in the amount of at least five (5) percent of the lump sum bid. Separate contract Performance Bonds and Payment Bonds equal to one hundred (100) percent of the contract amount will be required from the successful bidder prior to execution of contracts. The Bid Bond shall be forfeited if the Bidder fails to execute the contract and provide Performance and Payment Bonds within ten (10) days after being notified that he has been awarded the contract.Related Documents: - Commodity Codes
