Project: Paving and Drainage Improvements at Eisenhower Lock in Massena, NY.

This acquisition is solicited as a 100% Small Disadvantaged Business Set-aside. NAICS Code: 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, Size Standard -$19,000,000.00.

In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This acquisition will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 15. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov.).

Site Visit: 09 October 2024, 10:00am EST. See FAR Clause 52.236-27; Site Visit (Construction).
