This RFI serves as market research to determine estimated pricing for a potential procurement of audio visual services for the Marine Corps Ball. This notice does not constitute a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. Therefore, DO NOT request a copy of a solicitation as a result of this notice.

RESPONSE INFORMATION:

Responses to this Sources Sought Notice must be received no later than 8:00 AM EST, on Monday, 12 October 2026. Responses should be emailed to Sergeant Gabriel Mendez at gabriel.mendez@usmc.mil.
