The awarded contractor will conduct domestic and global background screenings, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and provide results through a system integrated with Workday. Vendors must demonstrate experience supporting global screening requirements and Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS) integrations. Technical Proposals are due no later than 11:00 AM ET on June 26, 2026. Please read the directions carefully for electronic submissions to Bid Locker. Firms must be registered to Bid Locker prior to uploading Proposals. Additional Instructions All questions and inquiries regarding Solicitation 92297 must be directed to the Issuing Office, lisa.dillard@umgc.edu and eric.pfister@umgc.edu, no later than 11:00 AM ET on June 11, 2026. Answers will be addressed in an addendum, and will be sent to all other Offerors, but without identification of the Inquirer. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to review the entire RFP document prior to submitting questions. For efficiency sake, Proposers are requested to compile questions into a Microsoft Excel email attachment when sending to the Issuing Office.
