Overview

Summary

Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, services, permits, and incidentals necessary to complete the Hernando County Administration Building Parking Lot Restoration project. The project has been divided into four sections (A-D) and shall include but is not limited to tarmac repairs, asphalt overlay, sealcoating, striping, the installation of culvert pipe and ADA compliant sidewalk, and pavement marking as specified in the plans incorporated as Attachment B - CA Parking Lot Restoration Plans. Contractors shall be responsible for verifying all measurements. Existing parking lot pitch and/or slope shall remain the same for proper water drainage.
