Project Description: General Description: DFW Airport is seeking a qualified vendor for event planning and management services for internal employee and external stakeholder programming including single and multi-day conferences. The selected firm will assist the Communications and Marketing Department with pre-event planning, event concepts and themes, design, and overall event flow to meet the goals, expectations, and improving the Airport’s brand reputation.
Contract Term: Five (5)-year period.
Minority/ Women Business Enterprise (M/WBE) Goal: Goal for this contract is 7%.
Applicable Laws: This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with Texas Local Government Code Title 8, Subtitle A, Chapter 252 and/or Government Code 2254, as applicable.
