Project Description: The City of Tempe’s Public Works Department - Water Utilities Division is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the pickup, hauling, transportation and unloading of de-watered water treatment plant sludge from the South Tempe’s Water Treatment Plant (STWTP) and other Water Utilities Division locations (facilities) on an as needed basis.
