REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Town of Riverhead is seeking requests for proposals for the purpose of selecting a qualified Selected Developer to design and implement a housing-led, owner-oriented, mixed-use redevelopment Railroad Street TOD property adjacent to the LIRR station. Specifications and/or Plans must be obtained by visiting the Town of Riverhead website at www.townofriverheadny.gov on or after July 2, 2026.
