	Project Description		One-Two Sentences NC State University seeks a Structural Engineer to provide Structural Repair design services for the Avent Ferry Complex (Student Housing). The building's exterior walkways show significant deterioration throughout the complex and repairs are needed to preserve the overall condition of the buildings, mitigate the potential for more extensive repairs in the future as well as maintain the safety of those who use the building. Current project authorization is for advance planning only. The selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the University's option.
