Description: The City of New Rochelle is seeking proposals from qualified event designers and planners to acquire design and management services efficiently and economically for its upcoming Winter Wonderland Indoor Holiday Market. This seasonal community event will transform a vacant indoor venue into a captivating, non-denominational winter-themed destination. To ensure that quality, cost, and efficiency are optimized, the City is seeking specialized traits in applicants who can deliver immersive décor, manage 30–40 vendor spaces, and curate family-friendly attractions such as a synthetic skating rink, carousel, or comparable experiences. An on-site pre-proposal meeting will be held on 10am September 30, 2025, at New Roc Garage 4 th level lobby in New Rochelle, NY. Attendance is not mandatory but is highly encouraged. The City reserves the right to amend the RFP based on questions and issues raised at any time before the RFP submission deadline.
