Project Description: The City University of New York is now inviting qualified firms experienced in collection agency services to provide, on an as‑needed basis, comprehensive collection services for past‑due student tuition, fees, and other student‑related receivable accounts, including performing debtor outreach, payment processing, reporting, and related services necessary to support the University’s collections operations.
If your firm is interested in responding, please review, in detail, the attached solicitation document which provides information, including scope of work, minimum qualifications and submission requirements.

Required Forms: Vendor shall complete, sign and submit the following forms if they are selected.
- “Offeror’s Affirmation of Understanding of and Agreement pursuant to State Finance Law § 139-j (3) and § 139-j (6) (b)”
- “Offeror’s Disclosure of Prior Non-Responsibility Determinations and Certification of Compliance with State Finance Law §139-j and §139-k”
