GROUND LEASE FOR CELL TOWER AT

183 CEDAR LANE-BLOCK 1910; LOT 29.02

NOTICE TO BIDDERS

BOROUGH OF HILLSDALE
COUNTY OF BERGEN

Invitations are extended to bidders to bid for the following project:

“GROUND LEASE FOR CELL TOWER AT

183 CEDAR LANE-BLOCK 1910; LOT 29.02”

The Borough of Hillsdale, County of Bergen, New Jersey shall receive sealed proposals at the Borough Hall, 380 Hillsdale Avenue, Hillsdale, New Jersey, until 10:00 A.M., prevailing time, December 2, 2025 and then publicly opened and read aloud in the Council Chambers.   Bids shall be subject to the following conditions:

  1. The minimum annual rent for the subject Ground Lease shall be $48,000.00/per year.
  2. The Governing Body reserves the right to reject all bids where the highest bid is not accepted and upon the completion of bidding, the highest bid may be accepted or all bids may rejected for any reason.

Copies of the specifications and contract documents for the proposed work are on file and open to public inspection or may be obtained at the Borough Clerk’s Office, 380 Hillsdale Avenue, Hillsdale, New Jersey between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays or via email by emailing the Borough Clerk at dkohan@hillsdalenj.org.

Each proposal must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, bearing the name and address of the bidder and shall be addressed to the BOROUGH CLERK delivered at the place and hour mentioned above.  Envelope or Package must be clearly endorsed with the contract name GROUND LEASE FOR CELL TOWER AT 183 CEDAR LANE-BLOCK 1910; LOT 29.02

Sealed proposals are being solicited in accordance with the Local Public Bidding Law and Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.  The Request for Bids documents may be obtained from the Borough Clerk's Office during the hours of Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m or via email by emailing the Borough Clerk at dkohan@hillsdalenj.org.  The Governing Body reserves its right to reject all submissions and/or award any or all contracts to a qualified vendor through this public bid process in accordance with law.
