Description: The project entails sanitary sewer and drainage infrastructure improvements within the east section of the Leisure Circle neighborhood. The scope includes: Sanitary Sewer Installation: Installation of three (3) doghouse-style manholes and one (1) traditional-style manhole. Installation of approximately 595 linear feet (LF) of new sewer mains. Installation of approximately 250 LF of sewer laterals. Grout filling of approximately 650 LF of existing sewer mains and three (3) existing manholes. Installation of necessary bypass piping to maintain service during construction. Stormwater Drainage Improvements: Replacement of approximately 30 LF of 12-inch reinforced concrete pipe (RCP). Replacement of 24-inch RCP and four (4) associated drainage inlets.
