The purpose of this solicitation is to contract for Environmental Sampling, Oversight , and Monitoring services on an as needed basis by the City of Seattle (the City) . The services are anticipated to be used primarily by Seattle Parks and Recreation (SPR) and S eattle P ublic U tilities (SPU) . The City currently has 5 contracts for these services and average annual spend in the last four years has been $265,000 per year.

The vendors must meet any reporting criteria set by the Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) and any other State or Federal agencies where applicable. The vendors must be able to perform the scope of work for each service category for which a bid is submitted and be able to follow the project(s) specific scopes of work provided by and agreed upon with the Project Manager(s).
