Description

The U.S. Department of Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD) on behalf of the Executive Office of the President (EOP), U.S. Trade Representative (USTR), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, a firm-fixed-price (FFP) acquisition with Clarkson Research Services Limited (UEI: W94PNK61J8E8) for subscription services for access to data, analysis, and market forecasts contained in Clarkson Research Shipping Intelligence Network and the World Fleet Register.
