Agricultural Spray Drone and Spray-Ready Support Trailer Package

Morrow County invites sealed bids from qualified vendors for one complete, new agricultural spray drone and spray-ready support trailer package. The package includes two agricultural drone systems, supporting equipment, and a fully operational trailer-based spray, charging, and support system. On-site operational and safety training, testing, manuals, and warranties are required.

Submission of Bids

Bids may be submitted by mail, FedEx, UPS, hand delivery, or email. Physical bids must be delivered to: Sandi Pointer, Risk and Procurement Manager, 215 NE Main Avenue, Irrigon, OR 97844. Emailed bids must be sent to spointer@morrowcountyor.gov . The envelope or email subject line must state: “ITB 2026-185-PR – Agricultural Spray Drone & Trailer Package.” Fax submissions will not be accepted.

Questions and Addenda

Submit written questions to Corey Sweeney at mcweed@morrowcountyor.gov by July 29, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time. It is each bidder’s responsibility to regularly check the County website for addenda, amendments, clarifications, or other updates and to acknowledge all addenda.

The bidder is solely responsible for ensuring the complete bid is received by the deadline. Late bids will not be considered.

Morrow County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive minor informalities, and accept the bid determined to be in the best interest of the County, consistent with applicable law and the ITB.
