Description: INVITATION TO BIDRFP# CCDPW2025-08 The County Commissioners of Caroline County, on behalf of the Caroline County Department of Public Works, are accepting proposals for a County-Wide Paving and Patching Contract to be conducted on various roads throughout the County, as directed by the Director of Public Works.   Work is generally described as follows: Paving and patching at various locations throughout Caroline County as needed.
