Project Description: The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) Health Facilities Engineering (HFE) Department seeks to obtain comprehensive services for the preventative maintenance, repair, and 24/7 emergency call-out of seven (7) chillers and five (5) cooling towers at five (5) different locations in Anchorage, Alaska to ensure the continuous and reliable operation of the plant equipment, pumps, and all associated components, with minimal risk of failure. There will be add alternates for cooling and air conditioning preventative maintenance, repair, and 24/7 emergency call-out services at additional locations.
