For the demolition of structure(s), and clean-up of area at the following location(s): 1623 W. 1st Street Bids must be in the hands of the Planning & Community Development Department on or before 10:00 A.M. on Friday, October 14, 2026 in the office of the Building Department, City of Joplin, 602 S. Main Street, 4 th Floor, Joplin, MO. The successful bidder will be required to be licensed, Bonded and insured as a contractor of the City of Joplin, Missouri.
