Sealed Bid Proposals will be received by the City of Tuscaloosa, at the Council Chamber of City Hall, 2201 University Boulevard, on _June 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m._ local time for this project, at which time bids will be opened and read.

Pre-Bid Conference: Attendance at the MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference is required in order for a General Contractor to submit a bid on this Project. The Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Council Chamber of City Hall, 2201 University Boulevard, on_June 4, 2026, at 10:00 a.m._ local time. Parking and Entry to City Hall: Free visitor parking is provided in the Intermodal Facility (parking deck) at 2230 7th Street. Access City Hall through the 4th-floor skywalk entrance to Security.

Project Scope: Sanitary Sewer Rehab by means of Cured-in-place Pipe Liner (CIPP). Pre-Lining CCTV inspection and cleaning of 2,928 ft of 8” Sanitary Sewer Main, 189 ft of 10” Sanitary Sewer Main, 14 ft of 12” Sanitary Sewer Main, 368 ft of 16” Sanitary Sewer Main, and 849 ft of 18” Sanitary Sewer Main.

Award of the contract will be made within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of the bid opening.

Plans and Specifications: Plans and specifications and all related Contract Documents are open for public inspection at the office of Kris Harbin , located at _4010 Reese Phifer Ave, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401_ and plans, specifications and other elements of the contract documents may be obtained from the City of Tuscaloosa Water & Sewer Department Kris Harbin_, designated as the office of the awarding authority for this purpose, located at 4010 Reese Phifer Ave, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401.
