Calendar No. 4071-26.  Granted variance relief from sections 608.3 (steep slope disturbance); 609.6a (wall/fence combination height); 606.2e1d (front yard setback); 607.3e (front yard coverage) to Sudhir/Dipali Jain to construct an addition on the property located at 32 Twin Oak Road, Short Hills. 2. Calendar No. 4077-26.  Granted variance relief from section 606.2e2a (building coverage) to Samuel/Elyssa Powell to construct an open-air pavilion on the property located at 10 Farmstead Road, Short Hills. 3. Calendar No. 4086-26.  Granted variance relief from sections 608.3 (steep slope disturbance); 609.6a (front yard wall height); 606.2e1d (front yard setback) to Bharat Sadula to construct retaining walls on the property located at 2 Brantwood Terrace, Short Hills. 4.
