Scope	The County intends to enter into one (1) contract with the successful Offeror (“Contractor”) to provide support, remote monitoring, management, maintenance, system optimization, guaranteed spare and replacement parts and recommendations for modernization for the County’s existing Avaya CM environments and support for users' migration from the Avaya CM environment to Microsoft Teams Telephone.
