REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: FOR MANAGING DIRECTOR SERVICES

Morrow County Clean Water Consortium (Consortium) is an ORS 190 public entity that was created through a partnership between Morrow County and the Port of Morrow to address the groundwater nitrate contamination issue. The Consortium is requesting Proposals from a qualified professional, or firm, to act as the Managing Director for the Consortium. Interested parties should submit a proposal that includes all the information described in this RFP.

If proposers have questions regarding this solicitation, questions shall be submitted in writing to Mr. Jensen. The full RFP and responses will be issued by RFP amendment and posted on the County and Port websites at: https://www.morrowcountyor.gov/rfps & https://www.portofmorrow.com/rfps .

Important: It is the sole responsibility of the proposer to regularly check the websites for all addendums and updates to this RFP.
