Description: BID CALL Sealed Bids for the following project are sought: 2025 Crack and Joint Filling General Project Description: The Town of Normal (“Town”) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors (“Contractor”) to perform concrete pavement joint or crack routing/saw cutting and filling on East Raab Road from Airport Road to east of Normal Community High School in Normal, IL.     Approximately 20,894 LF of JOINT OR CRACK ROUTING and 6,477 LB of JOINT OR CRACK FILLING is proposed. Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked “2025 Crack and Joint Filling” at the following location before the following date and time: Office of Town Clerk 11 Uptown Circle Normal, IL 61761 BID DUE DATE: Thursday, May 8, 2025 BID DUE TIME: 1:30 PM Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Bid Due Time in Office of the Town Clerk, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, IL 61761 This is a prevailing-wage project. Bid documents are available electronically from the Town of Normal website at http://www.normalil.gov/bids.aspx . A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the One Uptown Conference Room (2 nd Floor), 1 Uptown Circle, Normal, IL.
