Montgomery County Community Engagement Cluster (CEC) is seeking vendors who could provide printing and purchasing services for light pole banners throughout the year, as well as installation , removal and storage of seasonal light pole banners / pendants , snowflakes, holiday decorations and American flags.CEC anticipates using these services primarily for the Wheaton Urban District but reserves the ability to add additional locations as needed.Â
