Description: The City of Pocatello is seeking responses from qualified licensed architects (“Firm”) to provide design and related engineering services in order to effectuate the construction and installation of a new golf clubhouse at Riverside Golf Course as follows: Underground cart storage (~3300 sq. ft.) Main level (~3300 sq. ft.) Second level (~3300 sq. ft.) Parking lot redesign/expansion Architectural design services shall include, but may not be limited to a pro shop, dining facilities & snack bar, ADA accessible restrooms, dressing suite, adequate storage spaces, meeting/office spaces, indoor/outdoor patio, landscaping, signage, HVAC and other energy efficient features.
