Description:	Furnish and install exterior siding over existing siding at the Village of Carol Stream Public Works Facility. Work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, preparation, trim, flashing, and accessories required for a complete and weather-tight installation. The Contractor shall verify field conditions prior to installation and coordinate work to ensure proper attachment to the existing substrate. Removal of existing siding is not included unless directed by the Village.
Additional Description:	A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Public Works Facility on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is mandatory. Failure to attend may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.
