Copies of the construction plans and specifications may be viewed and/or downloaded free of charge from the City of Laredo website at: https://www.cityoflaredo.com https://cityoflaredo.ionwave.net/ Companies may submit their Request for Proposal electronically through the use of Cit-E-Bid and you must register as a supplier/consultant prior to submittin g. If bidder needs to hand-deliver sealed Request For Bid, please follow the steps below: MANUAL REQUEST FOR BID DROP OFF-PROCEDURES Note: Manual Proposals will be accepted at the City Secretary's office on or before the specified date and time . 1. Please make sure that the bid is in a sealed envelope marked with the following: • Request for Proposal Title • Name of Company submitting Proposal • Address of Company submitting Proposal • Phone number of Company submitting Proposal 2. Please notify front desk downstairs that you are there to drop off a Request for Proposal with the City Secretary's office. The front desk receptionist will notify the City Secretary's office to receive the package. 3. All persons shall follow specific instructions to deliver their bid(s) to the City Secretary's office. (We highly recommend persons to wait to receive a copy of the time-stamped envelope.)
