Project Description: The Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District ("District") is seeking proposals from qualified firms in response to this Request for Proposals ("RFP") for Janitorial Services at the Golden Gate Bridge Toll Plaza (Bridge), San Rafael Bus Terminal (Bus) and Larkspur Ferry Terminal (Ferry) Facilities (the "Services").
The District intends to award contract(s) with a base term of two (2) years and three (3) optional one-year extensions for the Services to the proposer(s) selected based on the procurement process detailed herein ("Selected Proposer"), subject to approval by the District's General Manager or Board of Directors. This District may award one contract for all three Facilities or individual contracts for individual Facilities.
