SummaryThe City of Beaverton is seeking a qualified contractor to operate parking enforcement and compliance services in Downtown Beaverton. Services the Contractor is to provide include but are not limited to daily parking enforcement operations, permit parking management and revenue collection(s) and transfer(s). The Contractor will be the first point of contact for customers.
BackgroundDowntown Beaverton is growing with more commercial businesses, housing and entertainment opportunities which has led to increased parking demand. The City recently completed the Downtown Parking Compliance Pilot Program, which was conducted by a third-party Contractor and was supplemental to the Beaverton Police Department’s parking enforcement efforts. With a new permanent compliance program in place, the City is soliciting an experienced parking enforcement operator (Contractor) to continue parking enforcement efforts in Downtown Beaverton. The Contractor will be expected to provide a turnkey parking ambassador enforcement program that focuses on customer service, outreach, and education.
