Description:	The work under this contract shall consist of the reconstruction of the signalized intersection at Gillette Street and River Valley Drive and shall be in accordance with the plans; the City of La Crosse Standard Specifications and Procedures; and these Special Specifications. The contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary to accomplish the work as indicated on the plans and in these Special Specifications.
