Description: REQUEST FOR BIDS Logan County Fiscal Court will accept sealed bids for 120 tons of granular bulk road salt to be delivered to the Logan County Road Department located at 1088 Peyton Street, Russellville, KY 42276. In the event that the Logan County Road Department’s salt bin reaches maximum capacity at the time of the initial delivery the bidder must store the remaining tonnage at their facility until it is needed at the Logan County Road Department. Sealed bids must be received at the Logan County Judge Executive’s Office located at 200 W. 4th Street, Russellville, KY 42276 or mailed to: Logan County Fiscal Court, PO Box 365, Russellville, KY 42276, by June 9, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. CST/10:00 A.M. ET and will be opened at Fiscal Court that follows. If the bidder has any questions please contact Logan County Road Foreman, Maurice (Peewee) Rigsby, at 270-726-7480 or Logan County Judge-Executive, Phil Baker, at 270-726-3116. Logan County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any or all bids and may determine, based on all criteria that the best bid may not be the lowest bid.
