Questions and Answers for RFP#SO2026-003 – Sheriff’s Office Food Management Services1. The RFP says NCCHC compliance- which our understanding is a heart healthy gen pop menu- noMSP, and no TVP. HHC, 2500 calories, 4 week cycle. The current menu at the facility is notbased on this- can you please confirm that you are looking for a heart healthy menu utilizing theabove criteria as part of the new contract? Answer: Yes2. Is ground chicken acceptable in place of MSP? Answer: No3. Is soy acceptable if utilized to meet the heart healthy requirement? Answer: No exceptionswill be approved that conflict with other requirements in the RFP
