2 Bidder Understanding

The bidder hereby declares understanding, agreement, and certification of compliance to provide the items and/or

services at the prices quoted, in accordance with all terms and conditions, requirements, and specifications of this

original invitation to bid.

The bidder further agrees that upon receipt of an authorized purchase order from the Lincoln County Commission

or when a Notice of Award is signed and issued by the Commission, a binding contract shall exist between the

bidder and Lincoln County.

3 2026 On-Call Hauling Services Contract Conditions

Contract conditions:

1. No work is guaranteed.

2. Term of contract is March 10, 2026 – March 9, 2027.

3. Lincoln County will pay $115 per hour per qualified truck.

4. Subcontractors must comply with all Lincoln County requirements included in this Request for Services.

5. Daily log sheets are to be completed and returned to the highway department, or to highway department

personnel on the job site at the end of each workday. Daily log sheets will be provided by County.

6. Trucks will be required to haul asphaltic materials, 2” and smaller diameter rock, and base rock. Some additional

materials may be needed, but it will be up to the discretion of the trucking company whether to haul other materials.

7. Current insurance certificate shall be kept on file throughout the duration of the contract. A generic COI must be

submitted during bid.

Once award is made COI must list Lincoln County Missouri as the additional insured.

8. Lincoln County is not responsible for physical damages to trucks.

9. Affidavit of Work Authorization must be completed. and attached

10. All subcontractor insurance shall be attached.
