Notes	REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR SURVEYING SERVICES (26-0049) The San Jacinto River Authority (SJRA) is requesting qualifications based responses to contract with Professional Consultant(s) (“Consultant”), which must be a sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, or other legal entity registered to do business in the State of Texas with considerable experience in providing Professional Consulting Services for Industrial Pretreatment Services. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) solicits information that will enable SJRA to select one or more Consultant(s) that shall provide Industrial Pretreatment Services.  See Scope of Work for more information. SCHEDULE OF EVENTS : July 10, 2026, - Release RFQ July 22, 2026, 9:00 a.m. - Non-Mandatory Pre-Submittal Conference (Woodlands Division) July 28, 2026, 11:00 a.m. - Deadline for Questions and Inquiries July 30, 2026, 11:00 a.m. - Anticipated Addendum Issue, If any August 5, 2026, 11:00 a.m. - Statement of Qualifications Due August 2026 -Review of SOQ's August 2026 -Date of Finalist Interviews or Presentations (if any) August 2026 -Shortlist Finalized and Firms Notified - Please note, emailed SOQs are not accepted.
