This property represents aunique acquisition for redevelopment or owner-user opportunity located in the heartof Granby’s downtown corridor.● Property Address: 81 W. Agate Avenue, Granby, CO 80446● Lot Size: 0.9 Acres● Building Type: Emergency medical services facility with high-bay garagedoors and office/living quarters.● Zoning: Town of Granby Central Business District (CBD)Scope of ServicesThe selected Realtor will be expected to:● Market Analysis: Provide a Comprehensive Market Analysis (CMA) andsuggest a competitive listing price.● Marketing Strategy: Develop a robust marketing plan targeting commercialdevelopers and investors.● Property Showings: Coordinate and conduct all site tours.● Negotiation: Manage all offers, counter-offers, and contract negotiations toensure the best value for the Seller.● Closing Oversight: Coordinate with title companies, inspectors, and legalcounsel to ensure a smooth transition.Submission RequirementsInterested parties must be familiar with and adhere to all relevant laws, rules andregulations governing the sale of the property subject to this RFQ.
