Project Description: Tohopekaliga Water Authority (Toho) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from experienced and qualified engineering consulting firms as part of the South Poinciana Blvd Transmission Water Main Infrastructure Project. The selected firm shall demonstrate a strong background in designing and implementing large-diameter transmission pipelines. This project involves design, permitting, surveying, and construction engineering services for approximately 12,500 linear feet of 30-inch water main to be installed along South Poinciana Boulevard in parallel with existing water mains from Crescent Lakes Way to South Orange Blossom Trail.
