Bid Title:	2025 11 1/2 ton crew cabs (2) for Utilities

Description: GENERAL PROVISIONS:  Sealed bids for two (2), ½ ton crew cab trucks  are invited and will be received until 10:00 a.m. at December 5th  at the office of the City Clerk, 100 Chaffin Road, Dodge City, Kansas  67801-0880.  All bids will be opened at City Hall immediately thereafter. A bid form to be used by each bidder is attached.  This bid form shall be submitted, together with complete specifications for the equipment being proposed, in a sealed envelope clearly marked “SEALED BID:  ½ Ton Crew Cab Truck Utilities”.  Failure to use said bid form may be grounds for rejecting any such bid. Bids submitted by mail shall be sealed in an envelope marked as indicated above and mailed in a second envelope to the City Clerk at the address indicated.
