Sealed bids from licensed contractors for construction of the Mansfield Bridge and Sidewalk Project located in Mansfield, Arkansas, will be received by the City of Mansfield at City Hall located at 200 N Sebascott Ave, Mansfield, AR 72944, until Monday, June 15, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be “publicly” opened and read aloud.
The scope of work consists of Removal of existing metal bridges and installation of either reinforced concrete bridge structure or an alternative of multi plate structural drainage system, construction to Bidders, ACEDP grant requirements, Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be examined and obtained at

• Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office during normal business hours. For a non-refundable fee of $175.00 for each set. The issuing office is located at 111 North Front Street, Dardanelle AR, 72834. Make checks for Bidding Documents payable to OWN, Inc.
No refunds will be given to any Bidders for any reason.
The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
