Brief Description: MnDOT requests proposals for the design of SP 2103-43, a reconstruction project in the city of Alexandria from 2nd Street to McKay. This contract is for Project Management, Planning, Public Engagement, Surveying Activities, Design Engineering, Environmental Documentation and Preparation of Plans for a Complete Streets Project, Concrete Reconstruct, Intersection Improvements to include Signals, Hydraulic Improvements, wetland delineation (if needed), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Improvements including pedestrian ramps and sidewalks, Critical path method (CPM), and construction support. The goal of the contract is for the consultant to develop an accurate and well-defined construction plan set for the reconstruction of TH 29 in the city of Alexandria from 2nd Street to McKay.
