Please be aware this is an electronic bid. THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING ON December 4, 2025 AT 11:00 AM.  ATTENDANCE AT THE PRE-BID MEEDING IS MANDATORY FOR BIDS TO BE ACCEPTED.  Questions will need to be submitted by December 8, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. and Responses will be issued by us via an Addendum no later than December 9, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.  Bids will be due on December 11, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.
