Response Due No Later than Tuesday, April 1, 2025, 11:00 am, Pacific local time.This is a notice of the County’s intent to procure a product on a single source basis under the authority of Snohomish County Code 3.04.180. This Notice is not a request for competitive bids or proposals as there is no solicitation available. Any responses received as a result of this Notice of Intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses to this Notice of Intent to Award on a Sole Source Basis will not be considered as bids, quotes or proposals.
Scope and Purpose of Procurement
Snohomish County is conducting a single-source procurement for Lexipol, LLC’s proprietary software program, which formats, tracks, and updates fire-specific policy and training solutions. Lexipol’s software is the existing standard for first responders county-wide. By maintaining this standard, the County will continue seamless, daily education regarding applicable policy for PAE Fire employees, as well as review of the department’s policy manual to ensure following best practices.
The proposed awardee for this contract is Lexipol, LLC, with an estimated annual value of $12,000.00. The intended contract duration is five (5) years.Statement of Capabilities/Interest
