Pre Bid Conference: The City will conduct a mandatory pre-bid conference via Microsoft Teams to review bidding processes and HUD Section 3 program requirements at 10:00 a.m. on April 15, 2025. Prospective Bidders must attend this meeting. Bulletin Desc: The work consists of new paving and planting on an approximately one acre site to create a park as shown on the Plans and Specifications. The project includes installation of a new concrete traffic garden bike loops with different traffic signs. Installation of decomposed granite pathway along the eastern edge of the site. A rock bio swale with planting will be constructed to manage all the onsite storm water. There will be two concrete plazas with lighting, seating, and more.
