Description: The City of Lago Vista is requesting sealed proposals from qualified irrigation contractors for the repair, rehabilitation, and testing of the existing effluent irrigation system at the Cedar Breaks Effluent Disposal Area. Work under this contract will include, but is not limited to, inspection, troubleshooting, repair or replacement of damaged components, electrical diagnostics, valve and lateral line repairs, controller programming, and operational testing. The intent of this project is to restore full operational functionality of the irrigation system, ensuring proper water flow, valve performance, wiring integrity, communication between controllers and field components, and full operation of all irrigation heads on each line. Contractors shall ensure the system is fully tested and functioning as designed upon completion.
